Paragraph 65.2 Scope of this Section and interpretation

This Section applies to applications for an injunction and other related proceedings under Chapter III of Part V of the Housing Act 1996 (injunctions against anti-social behaviour).

In this Section “the 1996 Act” means the Housing Act 1996.
