# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2006, Article 11: Amendment to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 76.34, for “rule 5.4 (supply of court documents – general) does”, substitute “rule 5.4 (Register of Claims), rule 5.4B (Supply of documents from court records – a party) and rule 5.4C (Supply of documents from court records – a non-party) do”.
