# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2006, Article 9: Amendment to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 59.1(3), for sub-paragraph (a), substitute—
“(a) “Mercantile Court” means a specialist list established within the courts listed in the Practice Direction;”.
