# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2007, Article 17: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


For rule 49(2) substitute—
“(2) The proceedings referred to in paragraph (1) are proceedings under—
(a) the Companies Act 1985;
(b) the Companies Act 1989;
(c) the Companies Act 2006; and
(d) other legislation relating to companies.”.
