in sub-paragraph (a)—

(i)

for “6.22” substitute “6.35”; and

(ii)

after “jurisdiction” insert “under rule 6.32 or 6.33”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “6.16(4)” substitute “6.12(3)”.
