In Table 4 below rule 45.5, for the entry—
“Where service by an alternative method is permitted by an order under rule 6.8 for each individual served
£53.25”
substitute—
“Where service by an alternative method or at an alternative place is permitted by an order under rule 6.15 for each individual served
£53.25”.
