in rule 59.5(3), for “6.16(4), 6.21(4) and 6.22” substitute “6.12(3), 6.35 and 6.37(5)”; and

(b)

in rule 59.9(2), for “Rule 6.23 (period” substitute “Rule 6.35 (in relation to the period”.
