# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2008, Rule 42: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In CCR Order 29, rule 1(6)—
(a) for “thereof” substitute “of the judgment or order”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “telegram” substitute “fax, e-mail”.
