# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2008, Rule 7: Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998


In rule 8.1, after the parenthesis below paragraph (6) insert—
“(Part 78 provides procedures for European orders for payment and for the European small claims procedure.)”.
