In Part 74—

(a)

for rule 74.6(1)(b) substitute—

“(b)

by any of the methods of service permitted under the Companies Act 2006; or”;

(b)

in rule 74.15(2), for “Supreme Court” substitute “Senior Courts”; and

(c)

in rule 74.25(1), for “Supreme Court” substitute “Senior Courts”.
