Rule 23 Transitional Provision

The amendments made by rule 7 of these Rules to Part 44 do not apply to proceedings where the insurance policy was taken out before the 1st October 2009 and Part 44 in force immediately before that date will continue to apply to those proceedings as if that Part had not been amended.
