Rule 6 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

In rule 43.2(1)—

(a)

In sub-paragraph (b) for “Supreme Court” substitute “Senior Courts”;

(b)

after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)
“Costs Office” means the Senior Courts Costs Office;”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (d)(iv) for “Supreme Court Costs Office” substitute “Costs Office”; and

(d)

in sub-paragraph (e) omit “as such”.
