Rule 9 Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

For rule 49 substitute—

“49.

These Rules apply to proceedings under—

(a)

the Companies Act 1985^f1;

(b)

the Companies Act 2006^f2; and

(c)

other legislation relating to companies and limited liability partnerships,

subject to the provision of the relevant practice direction which applies to those proceedings.”.
