In Part 35, in rule 35.4—

(a)

in paragraph (2), after “must” insert “provide an estimate of the costs of the proposed expert evidence and”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)(a), after “required” insert “and the issues which the expert evidence will address”; and

(c)

at the end of paragraph (3), after “paragraph (2).” insert “The order granting permission may specify the issues which the expert evidence should address.”.
