  "text": "In rule 21.1—\n(a) for paragraph (1)(c) substitute—\n“(c) does not apply to—\n(i) proceedings under Part 75;\n(ii) enforcement of specified debts by taking control of goods; or\n(iii) applications in relation to enforcement of specified debts by taking control of goods,\nwhere one of the parties to the proceedings is a child.”; and\n(b) in paragraph (2)—\n(i) at the end of subparagraph (e), for “.” substitute “;”; and\n(ii) after subparagraph (e) insert—\n“(f) “specified debts” has the same meaning as in rule 75.1(2)(e); and\n(g) “taking control of goods” means using the procedure to take control of goods contained in Schedule 12 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.”.",
