  "text": "In Part 75—\n(a) in the table of contents, for the entry for rule 75.7, substitute “Local authority warrant of control”; and\n(b) in rule 75.1—\n(i) paragraph (1), in the words in parentheses which follow subparagraph (b), for “Rule 21.1(1)(c)”, substitute “Rule 21.1(1)(c)(i)”;\n(ii) in paragraph (2), after subparagraph (a), insert—\n“(a1) “enforcement agent” has the meaning given in paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 12 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007;\n(a2) “local authority warrant of control” means a warrant of control issued by a local authority under article 5 of the 1993 Order;”; and\n(iii) in paragraph (2), in subparagraph (b)—\n(aa) in sub-subparagraph (i), for “bailiff”, in each place it occurs, substitute “enforcement agent”; and\n(bb) in sub-subparagraph (ii), for “warrant of execution” substitute “local authority warrant of control”;\n(c) in rule 75.2, in paragraph (2)—\n(i) for subparagraph (a) substitute—\n“(a) the Centre is deemed to be an office of the County Court; and”; and\n(ii) in subparagraph (b) for “that court”, substitute “the County Court”;\n(d) in rule 75.3, in paragraph (3), for “county court” substitute “County Court”;\n(e) in rule 75.6—\n(i) omit subparagraph (b);\n(ii) in subparagraph (c), for “CCR Order 26, rule 5; and” substitute “rule 83.2;”;\n(iii) after subparagraph (c), insert—\n“(ca) rule 83.4; and”; and\n(iv) omit the words in parentheses following rule 75.6(d);\n(f) in rule 75.7—\n(i) in the heading and paragraph (1), for “warrant of execution” substitute “local authority warrant of control”; and\n(ii) omit paragraphs (5) and (6);\n(g) in rule 75.8, in subparagraph (c), for “bailiff” substitute “enforcement agent”;\n(h) in rule 75.9—\n(i) for “another county court” substitute “a County Court hearing centre”; and\n(ii) in subparagraph (b), for “warrant of execution” substitute “local authority warrant of control”; and\n(i) in rule 75.10, in paragraph (d), in subparagraph (ii), for “warrant of execution” substitute “local authority warrant of control”.",
