# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2017, Article 11: Amendment of Part 63


(1) In rule 63.20(2), for “7.1(1) and Annex A (paragraph 2)” substitute “6”.
(2) In rule 63.16(2), after “Appeals about patents” insert “and registered designs”.
