Article 12 Amendment of Part 68

(1)

In rule 68.2, for paragraph (4) substitute—

“(4)

The reference must be set out in a schedule to the order and must be a self-contained document in a form that can be sent to the European Court without the order or any separate judgment of the court.”

In rule 68.3(1), for “order” in the two places where it occurs substitute “reference”.

(3)

In rule 68.4—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

for “order” substitute “reference”; and

(ii)

before “request” insert “further”;

(b)

in paragraph (2), for “order” substitute “reference”; and

(c)

in paragraph (4), for “order” substitute “reference”.
