# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2017, Article 6: Amendment of Part 25


In rule 25.11(1)(b), for “(sanction for non-payment of certain fees)”, substitute “(sanctions for non-payment of certain fees by the claimant) or under rule 3.7A1 (sanctions for non-payment of the trial fee by the claimant)”.
