  "text": "In rule 61.4—\n(a) in paragraph (7)—\n(i) after “a collision claim”, insert “in personam”;\n(ii) at the end of the paragraph, for the full stop substitute “; or”; and\n(iii) after the last sentence of the paragraph, insert—\n“(c) rule 6.33 applies.”;\n(b) in paragraph (9) for “Part 20 claim”, in each place it appears, substitute “counterclaim”; and\n(c) in paragraph (11)—\n(i) in paragraph (a)(ii), for “in the percentage to which he would have been entitled had the offer been accepted” substitute “in accordance with the apportionment found at trial”; and\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (b)(i), for “in the percentage to which they would have been entitled had the offer been accepted” substitute “in accordance with the apportionment found at trial”.",
