# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2021, Article 15: Amendment of Part 65


(1) In rule 65.47, for paragraph (4) substitute—
“(4) A contempt application may be issued even if the arrested person is not dealt with within the period in sub-paragraph (3)(a).”.
