# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2021, Article 7: Amendment of Part 12


In rule 12.11(4)(a), after “2005 Hague Convention” insert “or made in respect of a contract where the contract contains a term to the effect that the court shall have jurisdiction to determine each claim made against the defendant to be served”.
