# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 15: Amendment of Part 22


In rule 22.1(1)(e)—
(a) for “possession claim” substitute “claim for possession”; and
(b) after “55.3(2)” insert “, 55.32(2)”.
