# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 16: Amendment of Part 24


In rule 24.3(2)(b)—
(a) after “tenant” insert “or contract-holder”; and
(b) for “or the Housing Act 1988” substitute “, the Housing Act 1988 or the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016”.
