# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 27: Amendment of Part 53


(1) In rule 53.2, in the following places, for “Queen’s” substitute “King’s”—
(a) paragraph (2), in both places where it occurs;
(b) paragraph (3); and
(c) paragraph (4), in the opening words and in each of sub-paragraphs (a) and (b).
(2) In rule 53.4(1), for “Queen’s” substitute “King’s”.
