# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2024, Rule 8: Amendment of Part 31


In rule 31.5—
(a) omit paragraph (1);
(b) in paragraph (2), after “apply to all” insert “intermediate and”; and
(c) in paragraph (3), after “case management conference” insert “, if any,”.
