# The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2025, Rule 14: Amendment of Part 59


In rule 59.11(2)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), at the end, omit “and”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), at the end, for “.” substitute “; and”; and
(c) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(c) rule 29.2(1A) (order or encourage to engage in alternative dispute resolution).”.
