  "text": "(1) In rule 2.1—\n(a) in paragraph (1), after “to paragraph (2)” insert “and (4)”; and\n(b) after paragraph (3) insert—\n“(4) Where proceedings are governed by Online Procedure Rules, these Rules do not apply to those proceedings except as provided by—\n(a) the Online Procedure Rules;\n(b) practice directions under paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022; or\n(c) regulations under section 21(1)(b) of that Act.”.\n(2) In rule 2.3, after the definition of “MyHMCTS” insert—\n““Online Procedure Rules” means the rules made under Chapter 2 of the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022;”.",
