  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Lands Tribunal Act 1949 following the making of a new rule for appeals in rule 19 of and Schedule 5 to the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2000 (S.I. 2000 No. 221). Appeals from the Lands Tribunal in England and Wales to the Court of Appeal will no longer be by way of case stated.",
