Article 3

In section 25(1) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1927^f1 for “prescribed by County Court Rules, except that in relation to proceedings before the High Court, it means prescribed by rules of the Supreme Court” substitute “prescribed by rules of court or by a practice direction”.
