# The Civil Procedure (Modification of Enactments) Order 2002, Article 12


In article 4 of the Access to Justice Act 1999 (Destination of Appeals) Order 2000, in paragraph (b), at the end insert “or to which any of Parts 57 to 62 of those Rules applies”.
