# The Civil Procedure Rules 1998 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 22: Transitional and saving provision – Part 31

In relation to a mediation to which the Cross-Border Mediation (EU Directive) Regulations 2011 applied before IP completion day , rule 31.3 continues to apply on and after IP completion day as if the amendments to that rule made by these Regulations had not been made.
