  "text": "(1) — Part 25 (interim remedies and security for costs) is amended as follows.\n(2) In rule 25.13, in paragraph (2)(a)(ii)—\n(a) omit “a Brussels Contracting State, a State bound by the Lugano Convention,”; and\n(b) omit “or a Regulation State”.",
