# The Civil Procedure Rules 1998 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 9: Amendment of Part 30

(1) — Part 30 (transfer) is amended as follows.
(2) In rule 30.8, in paragraph (1), for “of—” and sub-paragraphs (a) and (b), substitute “ of Chapter I or II of Part I of the Competition Act 1998 ”.
