  "text": "(1) This Section of this Part provides—\n(a) for the circumstances in which a person may be required to attend court to give evidence or produce a document; and\n(b) for a party to obtain evidence before a hearing to be used at the hearing.\n(2) In this Section, reference to a hearing includes a reference to the trial.",
