# The Civil Procedure Rules 1998, Rule 57.2: General


(1) This Section contains rules about probate claims.
(2) Probate claims in the High Court are assigned to a Property, Trusts and Probate List of the Business and Property Division.
(3) Probate claims in the County Court must be started in accordance with paragraph 4.1(b) of Practice Direction 57AA.
(4) All probate claims are allocated to the multi-track.
