# The Civil Procedure Rules 1998, Rule 57.A2: Compliance with Practice Directions


(1) Proceedings to be started in the Business and Property Division must be started in accordance with Practice Direction 57AA.
(2) In proceedings in the Business and Property Division, the parties must comply with practice directions under this Part.
