  "text": "Where—\n(a) a hearing is fixed when the claim form is issued;\n(b) the claim form is served on a defendant out of the jurisdiction; and\n(c) that defendant does not appear at the hearing,\nthe claimant may not obtain judgment against the defendant until the claimant files written evidence that the claim form has been duly served in accordance with this Part.",
