# The Civil Procedure Rules 1998, Rule 60.8: Enforcement


Unless the court otherwise orders, any jurisdiction relating to the enforcement of a judgment or order for the payment of money of the Technology and Construction Court of the High Court in London may be exercised by a Master of the King’s Bench Division.
