# The Civil Procedure Rules 1998, Rule 63.13: Allocation


Claims relating to matters arising out of the 1994 Act and other intellectual property rights set out in Practice Direction 63 must be started in—
(a) a General IP List or the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court of the Business and Property Division; or
(b) the County Court in accordance with paragraph 4.1(b) of Practice Direction 57AA.
