  "text": "(1) Part 52 applies to appeals from decisions of the Comptroller and the registrar.\n(2) Appeals about patents and registered designs must be made to the Patents Court, and other appeals to a General IP List of the Business and Property Division.\n(3) Where Part 52 requires a document to be served, it must also be served on the Comptroller or registrar, as appropriate.",
