# The Civil Procedure Rules 1998, Rule 63A.2: Specialist list


(1) The Financial List is a single specialist list. Claims in the Financial List must be commenced in the Business and Property Division at the Rolls Building.
(2) The President of the Business and Property Division and the Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court have joint overall responsibility for all claims in the Financial List.
