# The Civil Procedure Rules 1998, Rule 65.50: Scope of this Section and interpretation


(1) This Section applies to applications for a respect order under Part A1 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
(2) In this Section, “the 2014 Act” means the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
