# The Civil Procedure Rules 1998, Rule 77.1A: Interpretation


In this Section—
(a) “the 2007 Act” means the Serious Crime Act 2007; and
(b) “SCPO” means a serious crime prevention order under section 1 or section 9 of the 2007 Act.
