  "text": "(1) Part 52 (appeals) applies to an appeal to the Court of Appeal—\n(a) against an order of the High Court on or in relation to an application under rule 77.23(1); and\n(b) where the order under appeal was not made on or in relation to a matter within sub-paragraph (a) but the appeal proceedings involve such a matter.\n(2) Paragraph (1) is subject to—\n(a) this Sub-section; and\n(b) paragraph (3) of this rule.\n(3) The appellant must serve a copy of the appellant’s notice on any special advocate.\n(4) Unless the court directs otherwise, an appeal to the Court of Appeal in proceedings under paragraph (1), must be determined at a hearing.",
