  "text": "An application by the enforcement agent under regulation 22(5) of the TCG Regulations for an order allowing the enforcement agent to enter, re-enter or remain on premises at times other than those permitted by regulation 22(2), (3) or (4) of those Regulations-—\n(a) may be made without notice; and\n(b) must be accompanied by evidence demonstrating that if the order is not made, it is likely that goods of the debtor will be moved or otherwise disposed of, in order to avoid the enforcement agent taking control of the goods.",
