  "text": "County Court, England And Wales\nGender Recognition\nMade 12th April 2021\nLaid before Parliament 13th April 2021\nComing into force 4th May 2021\nThe Lord Chancellor, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) and (2) of the Courts Act 2003 (“the 2003 Act”).\nThe Lord Chancellor has had regard to the principle referred to in section 92(3) of the 2003 Act.\nThe Lord Chancellor has consulted the Lord Chief Justice, the Master of the Rolls, the President of the Queen’s Bench Division, the President of the Family Division, the Chancellor of the High Court, the Head of Civil Justice, and the Deputy Head of Civil Justice as required by section 92(5) of the 2003 Act, and the Civil Justice Council as required by section 92(6) of the 2003 Act.\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(2) of the Gender Recognition Act 2004.",
