# The Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment No. 3) Order 2014, Article 2: Amendments of the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2008


At fee 8.1 in Schedule 1 (fees to be taken) of the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2008 for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute:
“
(a) in CCBC cases or cases in which a warrant of control is requested in accordance with paragraph 11.2 of Practice Direction 7E to the Civil Procedure Rules (Money Claim OnLine cases);

(b) in any other case.

”
