  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2008 (S.I 2008/1053).\nThe purpose of this Order is to correct a mistake in article 3(b) of the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment No.2) Order (S.I. 2014/1834), which amended fee 8.1 in Schedule 1 to the Civil Proceedings Fees Order 2008. Article 2 of this Order rectifies the position.\nThe effect is that the fee for a request for a warrant of control in the County Court which is made in accordance with paragraph 11.2 of Practice Direction 7E to the Civil Procedure Rules (Money Claim OnLine) is £70.",
