  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 in the Schedule to the Civil Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2007, is amended as follows.\n(2) In column 2—\n(a) in fee 1.1(c), for “£60” substitute “£65”;\n(b) in fee 1.1(d), for “£70” substitute “£75”;\n(c) in fee 1.1(e), for “£80” substitute “£85”;\n(d) in fee 1.3(c), for “£65” substitute “£60”;\n(e) in fee 1.3(d), for “£75” substitute “£70”;\n(f) in fee 1.3(e), for “£85” substitute “£80”.\n(3) In column 1—\n(a) in fee 5.2, omit the words “(excluding VAT and disbursements)”; and\n(b) in fee 10, omit the heading “foreign process”.\n(4) Omit fee 10.6.",
